Cancellation of registration (payment made)
If cancellation is made in writing, to the email anulare@bobproctor.ro, within 15 days of confirmation of payment, amounts paid will be refunded, less 20%, accounting for administrative expenses.
If cancellation is received after 15 days of the date of confirmation of payment, amount paid will not be returned.
